Ingredients:

2 Onion
1 Green pepper
1 lb Ground beef
2 cans Tomatoes
1 can Tomato juice
1 can Chili beans
2 tbsp Chili powder
3 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Saute Onion: In a large stockpot, saute the onions until soft over medium heat.

  4. Bring to Boil: Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a boil.

  5. Simmer: Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
