Ingredients:

  • 6 oz chocolate pieces
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup seedless raisins
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts

Instructions:

Step Instruction
1. Melt chocolate in the top part of a double boiler over boiling water. If you don’t have a double boiler, you can melt the chocolate in a pan over low heat.
2. Once the chocolate is melted, add the sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
3. Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes, or until it thickens, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
4. Once the mixture has thickened, remove it from the heat and add the raisins and peanuts. Stir until they are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
5. Drop the mixture by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper, forming clusters.
6. Place the clusters in the refrigerator and let them chill until firm, usually about 1 hour.
7. Once firm, remove the clusters from the refrigerator and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
