Ingredients:

5 Yukon gold potatoes
1 Butternut squash
2 Butter
1 Sweet onion
1 Salt
1/2 Pepper
2 Gruyere cheese
1/4 All-purpose flour
1/3 Milk
2 1/2 Dry white wine
