Ingredients:

1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Unsalted butter
1 Active dry yeast
2/3 cup Warm water
2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, scald the milk.
  2. Pour hot milk over the granulated sugar, salt, and 1/2 cup of butter. Let it cool to lukewarm.
  3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is bubbly.
  4. Add the milk mixture to the yeast and stir to mix.
  5. With a whisk, beat in the eggs.
