6 Once the patties are cooked through, spoon the bruschetta mixture evenly over the tops of each patty. Sprinkle the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheeses over the bruschetta topping.
7 Preheat the broiler in your oven. Place the frypan with the patties under the broiler, ensuring it is positioned approximately 4 inches from the heat source.
