  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. red chili powder
  • Cream or yogurt (to taste)
  • Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

Step Details
1 Heat 1 tbsp. of butter and 1 tsp. oil in a pan.
2 Add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle.
3 Add green peas, garam masala powder, chili powder, coriander powder, crushed cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well and mash the mixture.
4 Take a paneer slice and stuff it with the green pea mixture. Roll the slice gently, sealing each side with a clove. Repeat for all paneer slices and place them in a serving dish.
5 Heat 1 tsp. oil in a skillet. Add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle.
6 Add tomato puree and water to achieve desired gravy consistency. Mix well.
7 Add garam masala powder, crushed kasoori methi, salt, and red chili powder. Remove from heat.
8 Stir in cream or yogurt.
9 Pour the sauce over the paneer rolls.
10 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Indian flatbreads (rotis) or parathas!
