Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan sprayed with Pam, sauté onion, bell peppers, and garlic just until tender, over medium heat.

  2. Add all other ingredients as listed.

  3. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  4. Reduce heat to low.

  5. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

  7. Makes great veggie burritos!

  8. Freezes well for future meals too.
