Ingredients:

2 cups | Monterey Jack Cheese |
1 cup | Corn |
1/3 cup | Flour |
1/4 tsp | Salt |
1 1/3 cups | Skim Milk |
2 | Eggs |
2 | Red Onion |

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Brown the turkey with onion in a skillet until crumbly and brown.
- Remove from heat and add ground cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange half of the green chilies in an 11×17 inch baking dish, then top with half of the Monterey Jack cheese.
- Spoon the turkey mixture on top, spreading it evenly and leaving a 1/4 inch border.
- Top with corn and arrange the remaining green chilies over the casserole.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over the top.
- In a bowl, combine flour and salt, then gradually whisk in the skim milk until smooth.
- Add the hot sauce, eggs, and egg whites, stirring until well blended.
- Pour this mixture over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until set. Let it stand for five minutes before serving.
- Garnish with slices of red onion and cilantro.
