What can be reported
Reports may cover ingredient conflicts, quantities, timing, instructions, nutrition or safety wording, attribution, copyright, cultural or geographic framing, broken media, links, calculators, and accessibility or layout problems.
How to make a useful report
Use “Report an issue” on the affected page whenever possible. Identify the exact passage or field, explain why it appears wrong, and include a reliable source or first-hand testing detail when available. Do not include sensitive personal information.
How a decision is made
A report enters a private WordPress inbox. The independent operator assesses the specificity of the claim, the available evidence, the potential harm, and whether the problem can be reproduced. Possible outcomes include correcting, clarifying, annotating, restricting, removing, or leaving the material unchanged.
Priorities and timing
Safety, rights, serious factual errors, and broken core functions take priority. The collection is reviewed over time, so no fixed response time or individual reply is promised. A report can be reconsidered when better evidence becomes available.
Visible changes
Minor spelling, formatting, and technical repairs may be made without a public note. When practical, a substantial correction should make the page accurate rather than preserve known misinformation. Removal or loss of a page does not imply that every external copy has disappeared.
