Who this policy covers
This policy covers lovewithrecipes.com and the first-party forms, preferences, ratings, calculators, and tools operated on the website. An external website reached through a link has its own practices and policy.
Information you choose to submit
The contact form stores your name, email address, selected subject, message, submission time, and originating page. The content-report form stores the reported URL, reason, details, submission time, and any optional email address. Comments, if enabled on a page, can store the information shown in the comment form.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
Technical information
The web host, WordPress, security controls, and server logs may process an IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, and events needed to deliver the site, diagnose failures, rate-limit forms, and prevent abuse.
The privacy controls store first-party consent cookies for up to 180 days. Recipe ratings use a first-party browser identifier and a protected one-way value derived from technical information to reduce duplicate voting; the displayed rating is aggregate, not a public voter profile.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics and the site’s Matomo installation are loaded only after this browser accepts analytics in “Privacy choices.” If analytics is declined, the site does not intentionally start those analytics scripts through its consent controller. Changing the choice applies to future visits from that browser; previously aggregated statistics cannot ordinarily be linked back and removed through the browser control.
Article advertising
Google AdSense code is limited to recipe articles. Advertising can load even when optional analytics is declined. In that case the site requests limited, non-personalized operation and keeps ad storage, ad-user-data, and ad-personalization consent denied. Google and the browser may still process requests needed to deliver, measure in a restricted way, secure, or prevent abuse of an ad. Ordinary landing, category, tool, contact, and policy pages do not intentionally contain these article ad placements.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the website, remember privacy choices, operate forms and ratings, investigate specific reports, respond when appropriate, understand aggregate use when permitted, improve content and tools, prevent spam, and support the site through article advertising.
Love With Recipes does not sell a contact-form message as a mailing list and does not claim to run an email newsletter or public social-media support channel.
Service providers and transfers
Information may be processed by the hosting and infrastructure providers needed to operate the site and, depending on your choices and the page visited, by Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or the configured Matomo service. These providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy documentation.
Retention, access, and deletion
Consent cookies expire according to the period shown above. Server, security, rating, form, and report records are kept for as long as they are reasonably needed to operate the feature, investigate abuse, handle a request, preserve necessary records, or meet a legal obligation. A fixed deletion schedule is not currently promised.
You may use the contact form with the subject “Policy or privacy” to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that can reasonably be associated with you. Identity verification and legal exceptions may apply. You can reopen “Privacy choices” at any time from the button on the website.
