Ingredients

Instructions

For the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and sugar.
  2. Stir in the melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture evenly and firmly onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Set aside while you prepare the filling.

For the Filling:
