Instructions
For the Crust:
- In a small bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and sugar.
- Stir in the melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture evenly and firmly onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Set aside while you prepare the filling.
For the Filling:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
