Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Butter a 9-inch square baking pan.

- Strained cottage cheese
- Flour
- Salt
- Sour cream
- Honey
- Softened butter
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- 1/4 cup of wheat germ
