Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1-2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cooking sherry
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
