- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup ripe bananas, mashed (approximately 2 bananas)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sliced almonds
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground ginger, allspice, and nutmeg.
