  • 1 1/4 cups beef stock (or water from cooked vegetables)

Yorkshire Puddings:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • Small pieces of dripping

Recipe Instructions:

    • Roast at 180°C for 25 minutes per 500g of meat for medium rare beef.
    • Cover loosely with foil and leave to stand for 15 minutes before carving.

    • Gradually add the wine and stock until the gravy thickens.
