  • 4 artichokes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Artichokes:

    • Trim artichokes and remove chokes.
    • Add lemon juice and salt to a large kettle of boiling water.
