Description:
These Farina Cookies are a delightful family recipe passed down from my great-grandmother, Farina (no affiliation with the cereal brand!). They’re incredibly quick and easy to whip up, making them perfect for a last-minute treat. Plus, they’re kid-friendly and have just the right amount of sweetness without being overly sugary.

Recipe Notes:

  • You can customize these cookies by adding nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit instead of raisins.
  • Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze them for longer storage. Just make sure they are completely cooled before storing.
