Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- In a handi (pot), bring about 1 1/2 liters of water to a boil.
- Add soya chunks, channa dal, red chilies, green chilies, salt, bay leaves, black cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon to the boiling water.

Boil the Mixture:
- Boil the ingredients until the water evaporates.

Grind the Mixture:
- Once boiled, remove and discard the whole spices and chilies.
- Coarsely grind the remaining mixture.

Prepare the Kebab Dough:
- Freeze the cream in the ice compartment of the fridge.
- In a bowl, mix the boiled mixture with curd, cornflour, lemon juice, garam masala powder, and fresh coriander leaves to form a smooth dough-like consistency.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.

Stuff and Shape the Kebabs:
- Cut the frozen cream into small pieces.
- Stuff each kebab roll with the frozen cream pieces.
- Wet your hands to prevent sticking.
- Shape the mixture into roundels.

- Once the oil is hot, shallow fry the kebab roundels for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
