  • 2 red onions
  • 1/2 cup radishes
  • 6 cups watercress
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • Butter lettuce, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Citrus Dressing:

    • In a small bowl, combine the zest of one orange, juice of 3 limes, lemon juice, salt, and ground pepper. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of olive oil until well combined. Set aside.
