Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of bread
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 10 cloves garlic
- 2 cups spinach

Instructions:

4 | Add spinach, chopped Italian parsley, drained artichoke hearts, and torn bread pieces to the skillet. Toss lightly to combine. |
5 | Remove the skillet from heat and add grated mozzarella cheese, capers, chopped tarragon, and basil leaves. Mix well. |
