Ingredients:

  • 1 package Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Spinach:

    • Cook spinach according to instructions on the package.
    • Drain the cooked spinach in a sieve. Use the back of a wooden spoon to press the spinach against the sieve to extract as much moisture as possible.
  2. Mix Ingredients:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, stuffing mix, parmesan cheese, eggs, butter, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Form Balls:

    • Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 3/4 to 1 inch in size.
  4. Freeze:

    • Place the formed spinach balls on a cookie sheet and freeze them until solid.
  5. Storage:

    • Once frozen, transfer the spinach balls into a plastic zip lock bag for storage.
  6. Bake:

    • When ready to serve, preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
