Ingredients:
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1 package Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter
- Salt, to taste

- Drain the cooked spinach in a sieve. Use the back of a wooden spoon to press the spinach against the sieve to extract as much moisture as possible.
