Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients: Set cubed turkey out of the refrigerator, allowing it to come to room temperature.

Prepare Broth: In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth and a can of water. Add chopped onion, carrot, celery, bay leaf, dried thyme leaves, parsley, and white wine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
