Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sachets sazon goya with coriander and annatto
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 6 empanada discos

Instructions:

  1. Heat Skillet:
