Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sachets sazon goya with coriander and annatto
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 6 empanada discos
Instructions:
