  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 3 cups of ground beef
  • Cornbread mix

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Beef and Onions:

  3. Combine Ingredients:

    • In a pot, combine the sautéed meat with Rotel tomatoes, peeled tomatoes, Mexican chili powder, cumin, water, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Simmer Mixture:

  5. Strain and Save Juices:

    • Once cooked, strain the meat again, saving the juices for later.
