Ingredients:
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 hot Italian sausages
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup dry red wine π·
- 1 bay leaf π
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
Instructions:
