Description

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ If you can boil water, then you can make this! A delightful way to jazz up plain couscous, especially if you’re a fan of roasted red peppers ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ as much as I am. You might need to visit a specialty grocery store for the nicoise olives ๐Ÿซ’ (I haven’t checked the regular grocery stores, they might have them, I’m not entirely sure). Anyway, best of luck and happy cooking! ๐Ÿ˜Š

2 Olive oil
1 Onion
1 Zucchini
1 Can of chickpeas, drained
1 Lemon, juiced
