Instructions:
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until crumbly; then, drain any excess fat.
- Add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 cup of shredded cheese, chopped onion, and sliced black olives to the cooked ground beef; mix well until combined.
- In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, chili powder, garlic powder, and the additional 1/2 tsp of salt; heat the mixture until it starts simmering.
- Dip tortillas into the simmering tomato sauce to soften them.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of the ground beef mixture onto each tortilla, then roll the tortillas to enclose the filling, and place them seam side down in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
