Instructions:

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate chips and 1 cup of evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and velvety.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, miniature marshmallows, pecans, powdered sugar, and salt. Stir until all the ingredients are well blended.
