2 1/2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Chopped Pecans
1 Egg
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Melted Butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5x3″ loaf pan.

  2. Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
