- 4 cups cooked rice
- 8 andouille sausages
- 2 kielbasa sausages
- 1 bacon strip
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon diced pimentos
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
