Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 8 andouille sausages
  • 2 kielbasa sausages
  • 1 bacon strip
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon diced pimentos
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  1. In a large cast-iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
