Instructions:
- Place the lettuce in the bottom of a deep bowl.
- Sprinkle Italian herbs on the lettuce.
- Add the mushrooms, cheese, spring onions, and red capsicum.
- Slice the English cucumber and arrange it on top of the salad. Sprinkle some salt over the cucumber slices.
- Slice the tomato and add it to the salad. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the tomato slices.
- Sprinkle salad herbs on top of the tomato slices.
