Prepare the Meat:
- Put the meat in a roaster pan with 1 1/2-2 inches of water.
- Sprinkle the meat with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then rub the seasonings over the meat.

Bake the Meat:
- Pour the ketjap manis, white wine Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, water, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, celery seeds, butter, and cayenne pepper over the meat.
- Cover the roaster pan and bake in the oven at 325°F (163°C) for 5 hours.
- Alternatively, you may be able to use a crockpot for this step.

- While the meat is baking, you can make the sauce.
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat.
- Cook and stir for 10 minutes, then set aside.

- Take the meat out of the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Slice the meat as thinly as you can.
- Cover the slices with barbecue sauce and keep them warm until ready to serve.
