Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat.

- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.

- Continue to simmer for about 15 more minutes or until vegetables and grains are tender.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Taste the soup and add salt and pepper if desired.
