Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 can black beans
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 28 flour tortillas
- 1 can green chilies
- 10 ounces cheddar cheese

Instructions:
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.

- Transfer the mixture to a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Arrange the flour tortillas over the top of the meat mixture, covering it completely.
