Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 ounces deli ham
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • Creole mustard

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough on the greased baking sheet.
  3. Layer the deli ham over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch of space from the edges.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green onions, cooked bacon pieces, and Swiss cheese slices over the ham.
  5. Drizzle Creole mustard over the filling, sparingly but evenly.
  6. Roll up the dough jellyroll style, starting from the long side. Ensure the filling is enclosed.
  7. Pinch the seams to seal and tuck the ends under.
  8. Place the Stromboli on the baking sheet seam side down.
  9. Cut several slits about 1/4 inch deep on the top of the loaf.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 26-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
