- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage
- 3/4 tablespoon dried sage
- 1 mandarin orange segments

Instructions:
Step | Description |
