Prepare Pan: Line the bases and sides of an 8cm x 26cm bar cake pan with baking paper.

Ice Cream Layer: Press the vanilla ice cream into the prepared pan, cover it with foil, and freeze overnight.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to a moderate temperature.

Prepare Brownie Pan: Line the base and sides of another 8cm x 26cm bar cake pan with baking paper.
