Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 fresh lemongrass
- 1 red chilies
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 cm fresh ginger
- 1 onion (extra)
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 curry leaves
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 8 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:

- Cut beef into 3cm pieces.
- Process lemongrass, chili, onion, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
