- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- Cream or yogurt (to taste)

Instructions:

1 | Heat 1 tbsp. of butter and 1 tsp. oil in a pan. |
2 | Add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle. |

4 | Take a paneer slice and stuff it with the green pea mixture. Roll the slice gently, sealing each side with a clove. Repeat for all paneer slices and place them in a serving dish. |
