Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar (for batter)
- 3 tbsp sugar (for topping)
- 3 tsp cinnamon (for topping)
- Butter, for topping

- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
