Instructions:

- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and green onions, and fry until the mushrooms appear dry.
- Transfer the mushroom mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the madeira wine over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Cook until reduced to approximately 1 tablespoon.
- Transfer the reduced wine to a medium bowl. Stir in the breadcrumbs, cream cheese, the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter, tarragon, and parsley until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and remove 1 sheet at a time. Brush each sheet with melted butter, layering until you have used 5 sheets in total.
- Cut the layered phyllo dough into approximately 3-inch squares.
- Gently push each square into the cups of a mini-cupcake pan, forming small pastry baskets.
