- 2 smoked pork chops
- 1 1/2 cups sauerkraut

- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

| 8 | Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste. | 
| 9 | Place a pat of butter on top of the dish for added flavor. |
