Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
