Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken:
  • In a bowl, combine flour, cornflour, salt, egg, soya sauce, sugar, white pepper, and vinegar to form a smooth batter.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for 2-3 hours for maximum flavor infusion.
2. Deep Fry the Chicken:
  • Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer.
  • Carefully fry the marinated chicken pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy.
