Ingredients:

15 | Marshmallows |
15 | Glacé cherries |
15 | Digestive biscuits (crushed) |
1/2 can | Sweetened condensed milk |
3/4 cup | Desiccated coconut |
Instructions:

Mix the walnuts, marshmallows, glacé cherries, and crushed digestive biscuits in a large bowl.

Add enough sweetened condensed milk to bring all the ingredients into a ball.

Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape each part into a sausage-like roll.

Scatter half of the desiccated coconut on a clean work surface.

Roll one of the sausage-like rolls over the coconut, coating it evenly.

Repeat the process with the remaining coconut and the other sausage-like roll.

Place the rolls on a tray and refrigerate until firm, approximately 2 hours.

Cut the chilled rolls into 1/2 inch thick discs.

Note: These cookies can be made in large quantities and stored refrigerated in zip lock bags. They last for weeks.
