Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast

  • 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:

    • Start by gathering all the ingredients and preparing them as instructed. Chop the onions, celery, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Mince the garlic. Slice the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cooking:

    • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Add the chopped onions, celery, bell peppers, mushrooms, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook and stir continuously until the vegetables are softened and aromatic.
