Ingredients:

  • 4 black olives

  • 20 ounces frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1 Allow the frozen dough to rise overnight in the fridge (if using fresh, let it rise until doubled in size).
2 Knead the dough in your mixer for 5 minutes (or by hand for 10 minutes).
3 Add all the ingredients to the dough and knead for an additional 10 minutes.
4 Cut the dough into 14 equal pieces (adjust for smaller buns if desired).
5 The dough may be slightly moist due to the added ingredients, so use a little flour on your hands to form the buns. Avoid using too much flour, as it may hinder the rising process. Place the formed buns on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable oil.
