Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 envelope of fajita mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions:

- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook together the chicken breasts, onions, and garlic until the chicken is cooked through and the onions are tender.
