Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 block Velveeta cheese
  • 4 cups salsa
  • 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
  • 1 can ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Taco seasoning package
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños for extra heat

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2 In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the taco seasoning package and prepare according to the directions on the package.
3 Spread the refried beans evenly in an oven-safe pan to create the first layer.
4 Spread the cooked ground beef mixture over the refried beans as the second layer.
