Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups softened butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:

  1. Mix Cottage Cheese and Butter: In a large mixer bowl, combine the cottage cheese and 1 cup of softened butter. Mix thoroughly until well combined and creamy.

  2. Incorporate Flour: Gradually add the flour to the mixture, beating until a dough forms a ball. If the dough seems too sticky, add a bit more flour until it reaches the right consistency.
